MUMBAI : Reliance Communications (BSE: RCOM: 532712; NSE: RCOM) on Wednesday has signed an MoU with China Development Bank Corporation for a syndicated loan of Rs.90 billion($1.93 billion) in order to finance the 3G spectrum fee.
Part of the loan amount, about $600 million will also be used to purchase equipments from Huawei and ZTE.
Shares of RCom added Rs 1.1, or 0.86%, to culminate at Rs 129.10 on Wednesday with total no. of shares being traded at 1,328,603, reported myiris.
